As you can probably tell by the title of my blog, my name is Christina Low. I am currently 19, and I have just finished College after studying German, English Language, and obviously Media studies at sixth form. I am now on a gap year taking the opportunity to work and resit some exams.
Work wise, I do a few things. I am on the performing arts agency ‘Ray Knight’ and ‘Slick Casting’ and from these I get some acting work, which I do whenever it becomes available. I also write articles for the London Film Academy and I have written 131 pages of a book which when finished will be on Amazon and on iBooks. I spent some of the summer working as a temporary manager of a graphic design department of a printing company and I have now started my own company, Lowgo Direct Limited. So a bit of a mismatch really.
In the future I hope to be able to work my way up in the media industry, specifically working in/for films and my ultimate dream would be to be able to get one of the films that I have written made. Or what could be seen as the less realistic option, to be able to star in it, or in any other film as a main role.
Other than writing and acting, I love:
- Anything made by Apple.
- BMW’s and Aston Martins.
- Tabloid papers.
- Travelling (Mostly to America).
- Everything adrenaline related.
